 How to apply

Please proceed from the yukata rental banner on the website, and put the item that you want into the shopping cart and choose your sex, your visit time. In the case of use with Nagaoka grand fireworks, you can not choose specific yukata in advance. Please choose at the site on the day. Customers using only Yukata rental do not need to pay in advance, but we need to know the number of people in advance.Please apply from the cart. It is displayed 0 yen in the cart. Please pay on the spot on the day of use.

 Flow of the day of use

• Please come to the special site for yukata dressing at the time you reserved on the website. (Open 12:00-17:00)
• We will confirm your ID card at the reception desk, and will hand over the grand fireworks ticket to the customer who reserved it in advance.
• Please choose your yukata and you will get it dressed. Hair sets are also available on request.
• It will take approximately 20 minutes on foot from the special site for yukata dressing to the fireworks viewing seat. As it is difficult to find your seat when it gets dark, we recommend that you arrive at the fireworks seat by around 18:30.
• After the fireworks show is over, please return at the special site for yukata dressing. (Note: We will close after 22:15. In case of returning the next day or later , additional charges will be needed.)

In the case of the fireworks event cancellation by rainy weather on the day.
We will refund the amount minus 30% as a handling fee.
Please note that cancellations due to the customer's circumstances (except official cancellation of the fireworks show) will not be accepted in any case.

 About returning

After the fireworks show, please come back to the special site for yukata dressing by 22:15.(Note: It will be closed after 22:30. We need additional charges in case of return the next day or later shipment. Late payment ¥ 1,000 per a day For shipping later, the shipping fee will be paid at customer's expense.If there is no return for seven days or more since the date of use, we will consider it as a purchase, and will charge the clothes fee at a later date.

 Notes, etc.

• If the return time (22:15) is over, additional charges will be charged per a day ( ¥ 1,000 ).
• In the case of no return within 1 week or loss, we will consider it as purchase and will charge a kimono package price.
• In the case of return by shipment, the shipping cost will be paid at customer's expense.
• There is no cleaning fee for stains (eat spills, mud splashes, etc.) in the common use.
  However, irrepairable stains (oil-based paint, etc.) and damage (burned by cigarettes, tears except sewing parts, holes, etc.) we need additional expenses as damages.
• We will deal it more smoothly as much as possible, but there might be a case that we make you keep waiting.
  If you come to the special site for yukata dressing at your reservation time, we are sure that you will be in time for the fireworks show.
• If you are late for the reservation time, we will give priority to other customers.
